"Got up at 4:30 a.m.! Coffee Bean was open! Almost done with hair and make up! Happy Tuesday!;)" the 33-year-old tweeted.
In addition to her all-natural look, Hewitt was dressed down in purple sweatpants, a white T-shirt under a zip-up hoodie and a oversized green scarf.

The star wasn't the only beauty in Hollywood who has skipped wearing makeup this week: on Monday, a fresh-faced Taylor Swift boarded a plane at LAX while Kim Kardashian tweeted a pic of her makeup-free look -- plus her taut tummy.
